* Ben compiled VNDL code developed in 2008 in ModelSim for peak finding and found that it requires clock period &amp;gt;20ns; it has 4bit for energy, and if increased will lead to further period increase&lt;br /&gt;

* Ben did first testing with processing c-code peak finder by c-&amp;gt;vhdl converter, results were discussed&lt;br /&gt;

* we decided to proceed with c-&amp;gt;vhdl converter; will use serialization mostly rather then parallel algorithms&lt;br /&gt;
