1. Remaining procurements:

* new CTP (probably will call it HBTP) components for 22 units, mostly FPGAs about $100k this FY, remaining $60k next FY

* will buy 70+ VME controllers this FY, with some 10GB daughter cards and backplane 1GB cards

* VXS crates for DCRB (and 3 extra for CLAS12) will be ordered next FY16, will talk to WIENER to use ELMA backplanes; Chris will talk to WIENER to buy 3(4) crates without backplane, and 3(4) ELMA backplanes

* DCRB is in procurement, will be thus FY; crates for FY16

* fibers (ethernet and trigger) installed on PI and FC, SF will wait for racks to be installed; 2 25meter trigger fiber will be purchased by Chris using BOPS.PHALLB

* all computing are ordered

* tables for CH are here, need to buy chairs (Walt), need to install monitor holders and power have to be managed (Sergey)

* RF cable from CH to FC level 3 have to be located (Eugene)

* need about 10 A1535N and 4 A1535P and one A1733(?) (Sergey)

* short copper ethernet cables (1m, 2m, 3m etc) (Sergey)

* network switches - make sure they are ordered by CC (Sergey)
