The Pgm_Source_Pgmcc option specifies whether congestion control is on or off. The default, TRUE, turns congestion control on for RTgms processes sending multicast messages. This option must be set to FALSE if the RTgms process or any of the receiving RTclients are below SmartSockets Version 6.2. For more information about congestion control, see Bandwidth Management.
