TipcMsgAppendReal4 append a REAL4 field to a message

If TipcMsgAppendReal4 fails, it returns FALSE
and sets the global SmartSockets error number to one of:
TipcMsgAppendReal4 appends a four-byte real number (REAL4) field containing real4_data
to the end of a message’s data.
