TipcMon.setServerConnWatch Method (Boolean)
Sets a watch on the connections maintained by RTserver.
A MON_SERVER_CONN_STATUS message is returned.
Note: This method should only be invoked when using a single,
global RTserver connection via the Srv method.

Parameters
- status
- true to set the watch, false to clear it.
