TipcMon.setClientSubscribeWatch Method (String, Boolean)
Sets a watch on the client's subscription table.
A MON_CLIENT_SUBSCRIBE_STATUS message is returned.
Note: This method should only be invoked when using a single,
global RTserver connection via the Srv method.

Parameters
- client
- the unique subject of the client to receive the watch,
or ALL
- status
- true to set the watch, false to clear it.
