1. 12 GeV

* data monitor: have to check if IRMIS database has all we need to all possible translations, including geo-to-logic and backward translation (Hovanes); sqlight can be used instead of ascii files to describe monitoring objects; specialized interface to db must be provided; make it convenient for workers to fill it in during installation, including group operations (16-pair connector plugged in, etc), using component types

* PCAL test setup: trigger design is in progress, ROOT-based GUI will be designed for it

2. CLAS

* trigger GUI: Juan delivered Netbeans GUI for CLAS trigger system, Sergey B. will fix communication part and test it on clastrig2

* upcoming run preparations: latest photon trigger; need to fix broken cables on the floor in the hall; install new discriminators in TOF; some requests may come from HDIce group
